Patient Navigator Training Collaborative (PNTC)

PNTC has developed a COVID-19 Community Clinic Navigation Toolkit. The new toolkit has a scope of practice for navigators, a sample script for making outreach calls, a glossary of common terms used during the pandemic, and a link to resources.  

PNTC is also offering a series of free webinars in April focused on timely topics such as reducing anxiety, ethics and stigma and health care policy in the time of COVID-19. 

A weekly “Navigator Virtual Happy Hour” will run Wednesdays in April at 4:30 pm MT and is focused on fun and self-care during these stressful times.Watch this video to hear from PNTC Director Dr. Patricia Valverde about the toolkit and upcoming events.
