(Community Access to Resources, Education and Support), the American Cancer Society’s navigation support program, offers individualized, non-clinical assistance for people dealing with a cancer diagnosis.

ACS CARES introduces a navigation support program accessed via digital app, NCIC, or through volunteer assistance (health system pilots) that assesses an individual’s SDOH, connects them with curated resources and support to improve their cancer journey.
