Susan G. Komen® is conducting a research study to learn more about how to best meet the needs of MBC patients through patient navigation, and we need your help! We would like to hear the barriers MBC patients and patient navigators face so we can design a patient navigation training module to respond to these needs. For this study, you will be asked to participate in a 1-hour introductory call and 2-hour focus group, both on a virtual platform. The focus group conversations will be focused on the experiences of those diagnosed with MBC or the patient navigators serving MBC patients. You may be eligible to participate if you are:
- 21 years or older,
- a U.S. citizen
- an individual who has been diagnosed with MBC
OR a patient navigator (defined as individuals who identify and address barriers to accessing healthcare services in a fragmented healthcare system serving the breast cancer community)
