Michelle Chapell’s is a 18 year ACS employee and her most recent role was that of Senior Manager, State Health Systems Strategic Partnerships for the North Central region in 2020.  Michelle has served in various roles over the course of her career addressing health disparities.  Her portfolio has included work focused on access to care, cancer screening, HPV vaccination, patient navigation and health policy.  She has worked extensively with the implementation of evidence-based interventions to increase health equity and foster high quality cancer care across the cancer continuum.  Michelle’s work from 2020-2022 was as the Program Manager for the West Virginia Immunization Network.

Michelle lives in New Cumberland, West Virginia and is a graduate of University of Maryland and the Johns Hopkins University.  She is also a 14-year cancer survivor.
