As on oncology nurse and health administrator for over 20 years, Sally Werner, RN, BSN, MSHA has worked in diversified Healthcare Systems, Non-profit and For-profit hospitals, and provided executive operational oversight for all areas of cancer service lines, including cancer research, cancer registry, supportive and outreach services, radiation oncology, infusion centers, inpatient oncology units and centers for breast health. She has also had operational oversight for home care, hospice, and palliative care service lines.

Over the last 7 years, Sally has led operational and strategic oversight for the Cancer Support Community (CSC). Previously, as the Chief Experience Officer, Sally managed the CSC network of over 190 locations, program, education, research, and strategic growth. Presently, as the Chief Executive Officer of CSC, Sally has the distinct pleasure of supporting all aspects of service for the global nonprofit. She not only ensures that the mission of CSC is carried out with fidelity in local communities across the globe but also drives the organization’s strategic objectives with a focus on growth, innovation, health equity, brand awareness, and diversified fundraising.
